1. About Hearth Fa
Hearth Fa is an online outdoor furniture store operated by HEARTH FA INC. We sell chaise lounges, hanging egg chairs, Adirondack chairs and patio chair sets through hearthfa.com. These terms apply to your use of our website and purchases from our store.

2. Using Our Store
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement and provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information. You may not use the website for unlawful activity, fraudulent transactions or interference with its operation.

3. Product Information
Check the product page for dimensions, materials, colors, set contents and assembly requirements before ordering. Colors displayed on a screen may vary with your device settings. This does not limit your rights if an item is defective or materially different from its description.

4. Prices and Payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax and the final order total are displayed before payment. Standard shipping to eligible destinations is free. Payment methods are those available at checkout, as explained in our Payment Policy.

5. Orders and Corrections
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If an item is unavailable or a material pricing or product error affects your order, we will contact you. We will not substitute an item or charge an increased price without your agreement. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will cancel it and provide a full refund.

6. Changes and Cancellations
Email info@hearthfa.com within 24 hours of placing your order to request a change or cancellation. Requests depend on order status and must be received before dispatch. We use the time your email is received, including outside customer service hours. Once dispatched, eligible items can be returned under our Refund Policy. This 24-hour period does not limit cancellation rights relating to shipment delays or other rights provided by law.

7. Shipping and Returns
Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy explain delivery destinations, delivery estimates, return conditions, costs and refund timing. These policies form part of your purchase terms. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

8. Product Use and Consumer Rights
Follow the assembly, care and safety instructions supplied with your furniture, including any stated weight limits. These terms do not exclude warranties, remedies or responsibilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Governing Law and Contact
